Staff were efficient and very helpful, all interactions were simple and easy. Couldn't fault the hotel at all to be honest, although not having daily room servicing was a bit odd as someone who regularly stays at AC around the world.
Andrea is as lovely, she makes excellent cocktails and is very friendly. 100% would go back again for the drinks and the great atmosphere!!
Wanted to take a moment to give Michelle a well-deserved shout-out. She is an incredible team member who made my check-in seamless, helped confirm key details for our group reservation, and even assisted me in grabbing a quick breakfast after a very long morning — despite the kitchen having just closed. Her warmth and genuinely friendly demeanor made this one of the most pleasant hotel interactions I’ve ever had. She truly put me at ease ahead of what will be a very hectic work week. The hotel itself is in a great location and the rooms are very nice and clean. What truly stands out is the service of the staff. Great job.
Andrea was our bartender during a winter storm in Dallas on our anniversary. She was the best!! So hospitable and service forward. Despite the circumstances we had the best time and we enjoyed it so much! 10/10 recommend! Say hi to Andrea for us!

Just wanted to go out of my way to leave positive remarks for an exceptional employee at the AC Dallas hotel. Her name was Michelle and she helped me on a night that was sold out. She got me into a comfortable room, helped me learn how to use the elevator, and just really made my experience a memorable one. I hope that she is respected, appreciated, and well regarded. I just wish nothing but the best to her she made my experience wonderful.
The AC Dallas on Commerce Street is where you want to stay if you want a calming zen like experience to reset or restore from beginning to end. Check in was easy the bedding was incredible and we appreciate the extra pillows. I like 8! and no one judges me for this! So thanks! This lobby is beautifully peaceful and great for journalling and reading a book and an enjoying a book or two. Like all AC’s the design is smart, lightweight and elegant but grounded in tranquility & fun. The kind Francisco was so fun and kind and works the lobby bar and breakfast districts of this hotel with ease and grace as if it’s his very own home. The gym is 24 hours for my jet lagged travelers and machines new and clean. Also bring your swimming trunks as there is an indoor pool here that is very clean and quite serine.
